Virginia has been working in public accounting, specializing in taxation, for over 30 years. During this time, she has gained extensive experience in complex tax preparation and planning for a diverse group of clients, from individuals, partnerships, trusts and estates, to multi-location corporations, contractors, healthcare organizations, distributors, and not-for-profit organizations. Virginia is a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army, a member of the American Institute of CPAs, as well as the Georgia Society of CPAs. She earned her BBA, with a major in Accounting, from Columbus State University. She has met and maintains her continuing professional education requirements established by the American Institute of CPAs and Georgia Society of CPAs.

Virginia met her husband while he was assigned to the Ranger Battalion at Ft. Benning. They served as guardians for their two nieces, and have been pet parents to many dogs over the years. Virginia’s niece just completed her freshman year at Fordham University where she is majoring in environmental science. Virginia and her husband currently share their home with Petey, a chihuahua, and Cooper, a dachshund.

Jennifer began working with our team in January of 2009. She is experienced in many business, estate, and fiduciary engagements. She is well versed in complex tax preparation and planning for various types of entities including individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and not-for-profit organizations. She is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs. She earned her BS in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from Columbus State University. She and her husband, Wade, have 4 beautiful children.

Nancy has been working in public accounting for over 30 years.  She has extensive experience in tax preparation for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and not-for-profit organizations.  Her favorite thing about accounting is the wonderful people she has worked with and served.  Originally from Williamsport, PA, she graduated from Pennsylvania State University.  Later she attended Columbus State University and took the CPA exam.  She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs. 

With her husband, Chuck, and four children, they enjoyed nine Army PCS moves in 20 years.  They have five grandchildren and Kizzy, their Animal Ark rescue dog who likes to bury remotes and other things.  Columbus, GA has been home since 1991.  

Rachel Sennett has worked in the fields of bookkeeping and accounting since 2000, and earned her Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Columbus Technical College. She is also a Certified Bookkeeper through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers in Rockville, MD. In addition to her accounting career, Rachel is also a trained classical pianist and plays piano for the historic Infantry Chapel at Ft. Benning, GA. She has had many piano students over the years, as she enjoys teaching when time permits. Rachel lives in Columbus with her husband and two very spoiled cats.

Nancy is an accountant with a career that includes numerous years of diverse accounting experience including mortgage banking, government, and bookkeeping. She is a graduate of Columbus State University with a BBA in Accounting, and an MBA in Business Administration. She enjoys the challenge of working in Accounting and the clients she gets to know in the process. Her free time is spent with her family, including two fur babies.

Naomi began working with our team in March of 2020. She began her career in 2001 at a public accounting firm where she practiced bookkeeping, accounting, and tax preparation. She is a Client Accounting Specialist, responsible for maintaining well-organized financial records to ensure our clients’ business operations run more efficiently on a daily basis, creating the foundation for a successful business. She attended Tallahassee Community College, and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She is currently studying for the Enrolled Agents exam. When life allows, you can find her at the beach with her husband and kids.

Brandi has worked with our team since May of 2015. She is our Document Specialist, responsible for writing and formatting all Firm documents, and assisting with Firm management operations. She is in the process of becoming certified as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Brandi received the Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership from the Technical College System of Georgia. She earned two AAS degrees, one in Business Management and one in Paralegal Studies, from Columbus Technical College. In her free time, Brandi enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sweet pups, Dino and Grey.

Kara joined our team in February of 2014. She is an Administrative Assistant responsible for preparing Firm reports, scheduling Continuing Professional Education classes, preparing Firm correspondence, and assisting with Firm management operations. She attended South University. She is working towards becoming a certified bookkeeper.

Gina has worked with our team since the summer of 2005. She has been at the front desk since then, answering calls and greeting clients as they come in the door. She enjoys getting to know our clients and recognizes many by name and sometimes even by their voice on the phone. She also does some behind the scenes work, scanning documents and making sure things get filed where they should be. She handles the post office errands and the occasional delivery to clients. Gina has lived in the Columbus/Phenix City area all of her life. She married her best friend in 1986, and while they don’t have any children, they do have two kitties! In her free time, she likes to garden, paint, and do crafts. She enjoys riding bikes, kayaking, and entertaining friends.
